At Reef Chic, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. As our products are printed on demand, each item is unique and made specifically for you once your order is placed. This process helps us reduce waste and maintain a sustainable production model.
However, due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not supported if:

• You ordered the wrong size or color.

• You changed your mind after placing the order.

2. Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors
We take product quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a free reprint or a refund under the following conditions:

• You must contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

• You provide a clear photo of the issue for our review.

• There is no need to return the damaged product.

3. How to Submit an Issue
To request a refund or reprint due to damage or a manufacturing error, please follow these steps:

• Use the “Submit Issue” form on our website or email us at reefchicdesigns@gmail.com.

• Include the following details in your submission:

• Your order number.

• A clear photo showing the issue with the product.

• A brief description of the problem.

Our team will review your request and respond within 10 working days with the next steps.

4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow [5-10 business days] for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exceptions and Limitations

• Refunds or reprints are only available for damaged products or manufacturing errors.

• We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for issues related to incorrect size, color selection, or buyer’s remorse. Please consult the size guide and product details carefully before placing your order.
