We aim to dispatch all orders within 7-10 working days after production. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
5. Delivery
UK orders typically arrive within 7-10 working days after dispatch.
International orders, including those to the EU and the US, may take 15-30 working days. Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or due to customs processes.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred.
6. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
